Dr. Mercia Williams, a dedicated health and wellness expert, was born and raised in Jamaica to a Jamaican mother and Cuban father. The rich cultural heritage of both her parents has profoundly shaped her approach to life and work. She later moved to the United States, where she pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a perfect 4.0 GPA from American InterContinental University. Driven by an enduring commitment to education and excellence, Dr. Williams completed her PhD at Capella University, where she graduated with distinction and received the prestigious Dean’s Award.
Certified as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Dr. Williams combines her academic credentials with a compassionate approach to holistic practice. Her work has earned her a Women Empowerment Award, celebrating her dedication to helping clients achieve healthier, more balanced lives.
Through her business, MRose Enterprise, Dr. Williams offers body sculpting and non-invasive aesthetic services, blending her Caribbean-American heritage and extensive expertise to create a unique, client-centered approach to wellness and aesthetics. Her commitment to non-invasive procedures aligns with her mission to support clients in both looking and feeling their best.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Williams is a passionate volunteer and community leader. She has been an active presence in her community, contributing to schools in Gwinnett County from 2014 to 2016, and since 2017, organizing an annual back-to-school drive for Roses Valley Primary School in Jamaica. Since 2019, she has also partnered with the Omega Support Center, where she organizes food drives and supports the homeless and elderly. Her commitment to underserved communities extends internationally, as she participates in medical missions through Unity Fellowship Jamaica Ministries, delivering essential care and supplies to residents of Balaclava, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.
Dr. Williams’ community service also includes volunteering at Dacula Middle School and mentoring students at Capella University from 2012 to 2018. During the pandemic, she provided telehealth support to elderly patients and assisted families with food distribution and tutoring, embodying her commitment to service in even the most challenging times.
A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Dr. Williams resides in Georgia, where she continues to inspire others through her work in wellness and her dedication to helping individuals transform their lives. In her personal time, she enjoys cooking, sewing, dancing, and staying actively involved in her community.
